What's the difference between subscribing to your mailing list and becoming a Premium Member?
Anyone can subscribe to the free Talk Radio Network mailing list to receive email updates about the site. Just type your email address in the SUBSCRIBE field on the homepage and you'll be placed on our mailing list. Of course, you can unsubscribe anytime.
Simply signing up for the free newsletter does NOT make you a Premium Member or provide access to Members Only areas of the web site.

I've already paid for my Premium Membership. Why do I have to log in to Talk Radio Network everytime I want to use it?
Logging into Talk Radio Network is important - it protects others from being able to access your account with us. Your account holds private and personal information and we want to make sure that it is as secure as possible.
How do I listen to the Radio Highlights or watch the Exclusive Webcasts?
You need to be a Premium Member to listen or view them. Radio Highlights and Exclusive Webcasts are both accessible on the Talk Radio Network home page.
We support streaming media in both Real and Windows Media formats.

How do I know that it's safe to use my credit card online with Talk Radio Network?
Your security is VERY important to us.
Talk Radio Network uses the latest 128-bit secure encryption to process all our orders - you can confirm this anytime by clicking on the Verisign icon on the bottom right of our homepage.
This will confirm that your order will be secure and that it will be protected against disclosure to third parties.
If your browser says that you are not obtaining a secure connection to Talk Radio Network, you may be using an old browser program that works only on 64-bit encryption. You also may be using a browser that is not supported by Talk Radio Network - at the moment, we do not support Netscape, Opera or Mozilla.
It is highly recommended that you use Internet Explorer to ensure a secure, safe and compatible transaction.
How do I check the status of my order on Talk Radio Network?
Talk Radio Network customers can check their order status by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT section on the upper right hand side of the homepage. There you can simply click on ORDER STATUS and find out what's happening with your order.
Please note that you will have to log into the site with your email address and password before you may access your ordering information. This is done to protect your security and privacy.
The merchandise I ordered from you is still listed as "pending". What does this mean?
Pending just means we are taking care of processing, coordinating, packing and shipping your order so that it can be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that personalized books are special and do take a little extra time (2-4 weeks generally) to be processed. If you ordered a group of items that include a personalized book or items that are currently out of stock, your order may be delayed until we can ship the whole batch to you. (Of course, you can control your shipping preferences as part of the checkout process and ship items individually or as they become available.)
